I joined several contact sports just to be able to have my dad buy me a hardcup to go in my jockstrap when I was in 8th grade. I felt protected, but I also felt like an older boy while becoming a man. I remember getting an erection when dad put it into my jock pouch, and he just shook his head and laughed and said he was hard too. I slept in my jock strap and cup for the first week or so that I had it and I was so proud to be a man now.

since then, I have collected many cups, especially as souvenirs from other Jocks on the teams I played on.

Apart from that, I have noticed the hardcup being used in many instances for more than just “protecting the boys”. Some having been used to use make very creative costume pieces, such as highly decorated cod pieces worn at Renaissance fairs, creative ideas for stage plays or in movies, worn as actual exterior male armor, etc.

What I found, should fixed with Velcro to the upper body plate carrier. Should be "jockstrap" version as well, somehow fixed to the back. It swings without fixing, and it constantly hits while walking. If anybody has a bigger bulge, just slapping it. So, maybe practical under a hard cup jockstrap. (Just theory with zero practice in it. )
