I went to a gym years ago that had an open shower plan with 6 shower heads, but only soap dispenser was on the opposite wall, so there were times you’d get some soap, turn around and all the heads were being used and you were forced to share a shower head. Most guys were used to it and a little bump was to be expected. Great memories actually.

My old gym had the same setup and the men would sometimes have to share the same shower heads. Bumbing was expected and I am sure in some situations, encouraged. I know I had gouged a few guys with my sword, but it seemed less offensive when your all lathered up with body wash... it turns really interesting if a guy dropped his soap!!

The ole’ soap on a rope! I remember getting those as Christmas gifts from parents. LOL Never knew why back then. I would have enjoyed your sword for sure.

I totally forgot about the soap on a rope. Mostly got things like that in various scents as stocking staffers.

OMG…..the different scents. Your right! I forgot about that part. Wasn’t Old Spice one of them? Talk about remembering your youth. LOL How about Cruex? Aerosol spray for your nuts. It burned when it got sprayed on. Do they still sell it? I use happy balls lotion. Rub on like a lotion, dries into a powder.

Been showering with an open curtain for awhile now at my gym. Definitely not common practice so people notice. It's pretty obvious that for most of the men interested in other men, this is interpreted as an invitation: to watch each other, to jerk across from each other, to come into my shower stall, etc. Most of the time, I am purely interested in cleaning up and going about my day so I try to make it obvious that I am not interested in engaging further (even had to tell one guy to leave my stall). This AM, there was a younger guy there and he was toweling off when I entered the stall across from him. He decided to shower up again. Instantly he got hard (nice thick full cock too). Too bad I had to hustle to work or this would have been one of the rare occasions. Nonetheless, it is thrilling to shower openly.

It's not just thrilling, but more the "norm" for older guys I think. I say that because growing up, open showers was the norm. Wearing jocks at the Y was the norm, either a Bike or Duke, none of the fancy ones you see today. Actually, as a kid and into my late teens, we swam nude at the Y. Men only, every Saturday. I wonder if that guy across from you goes there same time, regularly. Good for you.
