Of course…. I would guess that a good erection is a most natural response for any guy first time hitching up a jockstrap! For many of us (at least, myself) that celebratory moment comes in adolescence, or pre-teens, when our bodies naturally sprout several boners each hour…. He said, “you‘re already looking like a well-developed, healthy young man,” … and, “enjoy it, because you can’t always control [that response] and eventually, you’ll realize that a good boner is one of life’s greatest pleasures!” He also suggested that it wouldn’t be long before I would be able to “yank a load of sperm out of that boner!” (He was right). Great advice…. And, I’ve been enjoying jockstraps, thousands of erections/yanks/ejaculations (mine and others’), and life, without shame or embarrassment, ever since! And, yes, he started me out in a small adult strap, stating that it looked like I might appreciate some “room to grow!”

Did he check it for fit? I would think you'd want the jock to be fairly snug, not leaving "room to grow".

Your dad is a wise man, and so knowledgeable of just being a man. I really wish there were more men out here in the world in the modern age who knew more about how to being a man. Not these boys out here
