First Time Swimming in a Swimmer Jock

I have worn swimmer jocks for years as underwear, but never actually swam in one until recently. I was wearing swim trunks, and have always hated the mesh liner, both the texture and the lack of support. I decided to wear a Champion swimmer jock under the trunks. It felt great; the pouch kept everything in place and I didn't have to worry about constantly adjusting myself. Made we wonder why guys stopped wearing them; maybe because most men's swimwear looks like clown pants these days. I would have preferred to swim in a Speedo or a thong, but couldn't given the venue.

I have unlined board shorts and wear swim jock under those. Sometimes wear a swim jock under my jeans. Like you, I hate the mesh liners and cut them out and use my swim jocks. Actually also have a regular Bike jock I can wear under the swim wear as well. It always feels good to get "jocked up".

Baggy trunks have the abrasive liner in them and offer no support. Liner gets cut out and is replaced with a jockstrap. I know there are a few shorts made with built in jocks but it would just make sense for your swimwear to be made with a jockstrap sewn in so the waistband doesn't ride up. (although sometimes that makes a nice sighting)
