I was a at a Russian Sauna, mostly gay guys there. I'd say 75% were naked, 25% towel, and 1% jocked (me). I was in a resting room and the manager came by and yelled at me to "Take that off, not allowed here ". He was not happy.

There’s a true blue Russian banya near me. I don’t think I’d wear a jock there because I get the impression it’s towel or naked. They have oil massages and soaked oak leaves they slap your back with. I haven’t gone yet but want to.
