New feature: Jockstrap Event Calendar

Thanks to a suggestion by @JockTX I have now added a Calendar addon to this website.

It's not the most intuitive but I've been testing it and it works. Essentially, you have to post an event by starting a new forum thread in the newly created Jockstrap Events forum under the Your Jockstraps News and Support forum category (at the top of the forum list). Use the thread to share details about the event and perhaps a link to the event website (is there is one). Then when you submit the forum post, go back to it and you'll find three dots (indication of a menu) in the upper right. Click that and choose Calendar Menu and then you'll be prompted to enter a start date and optional end date. Submit that and your even will appear in the Calendar.

The Jockstrap Event Calendar is now a link from the main menu.

Here's a step by step on how to add the event:

1. Post a new thread in the Jockstrap Events forum
2. Give your event a title. That is what will appear in the calendar. Keep it short. For example, if the Black Eagle in New York is having a Jock Night then your title could be Jock Night at the Black Eagle in New York.
3. To the body of the post, add some details about the event. If there's a graphic/artwork, add that. Add the details, instructions, dress code, time of the event and link to the event webpage if there is one.
4. When done, click the Post Thread button.
5. Open the new event thread you just created.
6. In the upper right of the post window you'll see three horizontal dots, click them and a menu will appear.
7. Select "Calendar Menu"
8. Then choose the "Calendar Add" option to add a single, non-reoccurring event. If it's a weekly or monthly event then choose the Calendar Recurring Weekly or Monthly option.
9. Next, choose a start date and optionally choose an end date. If there is no end date, it will appear as a one day event. If it goes on for a few days, select an end date
10. Finally, click the Calendar Add button and your event will show up in the main Calendar.

Please note, this is not a place to add events for other jockstrap/underwear stores. It's about parties and events that revolve around jockstraps.

I may add some dates when I host our Show Us Your Jockstrap Contests. I.E. final submission date, final voting date and contest winner announcement dates.

I'm honestly not sure if it will be used but it's there if anyone wants it.
